This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use.
2. Safety Guidelines
   Our lighters are designed for adult use only. Keep them out of reach of children and store them somewhere secure at all times. Please follow the safety guidelines below closely:
   1. Ignition — Always light your lighter away from your face, clothing, hair, and any flammable materials. Never attempt to ignite it upside down.
   2. Flammable Gas — Our lighters contain pressurized flammable gas. Never expose your lighter to temperatures above 50°C (122°F), and keep it out of direct, prolonged sunlight.
   3. Puncture & Open Flame — Never puncture your lighter or expose it to an open flame. Doing so can release flammable gas and cause serious injury or property damage.
   4. Flame Control — Always fully extinguish the flame after use. Never leave a lit lighter unattended, and avoid keeping the flame ignited continuously for more than 30 seconds.
   5. Correct Fuel Only — Use the correct fuel type for your specific lighter. Butane lighters require butane; wick lighters require naphtha-based lighter fluid. Using the wrong fuel can damage your lighter and create serious safety hazards.
3. Assumption of Risk
   By using our products, you accept full responsibility for any risks associated with their use, including any injury, damage, or loss that may result.
